Healthy Black Bean Brownies

These healthy black bean brownies are made in the blender and are tasty, sweet and full of chocolate in every bite! An easy and delicious treat to feed your family!

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups black beans cooked, rinsed, and drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 tbsp cocoa heaping
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Equipment

  • Blender or Food Processor
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • 8x8 or 9x9 Baking pan

Method
 

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend for 1-3 minutes. 
  2. Bake in a 8×8″ or 9x9" baking dish for 30-35 minutes. You want to make sure they are well baked.
