1 1/2 cups black beans cooked, rinsed and drained
4 eggs
2 T coconut oil or butter
1/3 cup cream cheese or plain yogurt
1/2 cup honey or other sweetener
4 T cocoa powder
2 tsp pure vanilla flavoring or extract
1 1/2 T baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend for 3 minutes.
